is situated on a small peninsula north of Pompano Beach in Broward

This municipality is more neighborhood than
village, just 13 homes on one street clustered around a 3.5-acre lake. Population:
38, at last count. Lazy Lake is tucked inside larger Wilton
Manors just off Andrews Avenue and north of the Middle River in South Florida's
Broward County. The council meets four times a year to
conduct what little business is required. Residents takes turns serving
