| I became interested in Liberty Harbor
after reading an article about the project in the Atlanta Journal &
Constitution newspaper. I had visited Brunswick twice before to look at
a boat at the Brunswick marina and had stayed in a B & B in the
city. The B & B was charming with beautiful live oaks and spanish
moss. The restaurant where we had dinner was fabulous and the band The
B-52's had dinner at a table right next to our table. We ended up
buying the boat and the whole experience was so good that when I read
the article I thought to myself, I could live in a place like that. I
have looked in the Florida panhandle and was turned off primarily by
the traffic. The fact that Brunswick is what is known as a "hurricane
hole" in the parlance of the boater and had such a friendly and
beautiful feel made this choice relatively easy for me.
